ANALISIS TEORI ORGANISASI POST-MODERN DALAM ORGANISASI PRIVAT (STUDI KASUS PERUSAHAAN TRAVELOKA)

Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui teori organisasi post modern pada organisai privat yang dianalisis melalui studi kasus perusahaan traveloka. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Perusahaan Traveloka sebagai salah satu dari organisasi privat sudah menunjukkan menggunakan aliran postmodern, hal ini dikarenakan cenderung lebih beragam, adanya pembagian informasi sebagai penguat entitas kualitas dan kuantitas, serta adanya kecenderungan selalu melakukan perbaikan berkesinambungan.

Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Harga Saham

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Earning Per Share, Total Asset Turnover, Price Earning Ratio dan current ratio terhadap Harga Saham (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Syariah Yang Listed di Jakarta Islamic Index 70). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan syariah yang tercatat dalam Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70) selama periode 2019-2021 yakni sebanyak 108 perusahaan dengan sampel sebanyak 60 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan metode pengumpulan data diperoleh bersumber dari laporan tahunan perusahaan- perusahaan yang terkait. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini secara parsial ditunjukkan bahwa Earning Per Share (EPS) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan JII70, Total Asset Turnover (TATO) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan JII70, Price Earning Ratio (PER) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan JII70, Current ratio (CR) tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan JII70.

THE ROLE OF STAKEHOLDERS IN UNPLANNED TOURISM BUSINESS AT TASIKMALAYA REGENCY

The state of tourism activities in Tasikmalaya Regency has fluctuated. The fluctuations that occur include the number of tourist visits, as well as the number of tourist sites. There are tourist objects that are not legal and have not been recorded, grew from the initiative of tourists or the community, and are not yet well established in their management which is then referred to as unplanned tourism business. This study examines the role of stakeholders with their various interests and various dynamics. The support for these facilities and services involves many other parties who have their respective roles, functions, and/or interests. The process of accommodating stakeholders is possible to have an impact on the development of unplanned tourism business in Tasikmalaya Regency. Based on the research results, internal stakeholders ensure that the unplanned tourism business from internal factors of business development and sustainability aspects runs optimally. Meanwhile, external stakeholders are supporting parties and play a role in ensuring that external factors of business development take sides and are in line with the vision of developing unplanned tourism business in accelerating procedures to become an established and legal ecotourism and in accordance with sustainability aspects (ecological aspects, social aspects, and environmental aspects). economy).

Pengaruh Gaya Mengajar Tutor terhadap Minat Mahasiswa Menggunakan Aplikasi MYOB Accounting dengan Gender sebagai Pemoderasi

Mastery of technology in accounting is something that needs to be considered in this era. Educational institutions are challenged to be able to produce graduates who have good mastery in accounting and use technology to increase effectiveness and efficiency in their work. To meet these challenges, educational institutions provide lectures related to the management of financial data using accounting software, one of which is MYOB accounting. This study aims to examine the influence of the tutor's teaching style on students' interest in learning MYOB accounting moderated by gender. This research is a quantitative research. The sample used in this study were students of the accounting study program for Islamic financial institutions at the Mayasari Bakti University campus who had obtained the financial accounting practicum course 2. Data was collected through a questionnaire. The results of the study stated that the tutor's teaching style had a significant effect on students' interest in studying MYOB accounting. Meanwhile, gender is not able to moderate the relationship between the tutor's teaching style and students' interest in studying MYOB accounting.
